Niharika Mathur named in Top 50 Women
in Private Markets

This recognition reflects her role in steering Oxane’s people strategy across its global footprint.
The list spotlights women leaders driving progress across private credit, private equity, venture capital, secondaries, infrastructure and key service-providers. Niharika joined Oxane in 2023 and leads the firm’s people strategy across its global footprint. Her career includes roles at Randstad and BlackRock, where she was part of the team that set up and scaled BlackRock’s India office, supporting a period where the region’s business quadrupled. Alongside her corporate work, she contributes to WILL – Forum for Women in Leadership – through mentoring and panel engagements, and supports initiatives focused on education and wellbeing for children with special needs.
