The shift from competition to collaboration, banks providing origination and capital, funds adding structuring flexibility and speed, is setting higher expectations for transparency and operational readiness, pushing private credit into a new phase - broader in scope, more complex in design, and central to global credit markets across direct lending, asset-based finance, private ABS, and fund finance.
